TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Forma. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our studio, services, classes, website, and booking systems (including third-party platforms such as ClassPass and Glofox). By booking a class, attending a session, purchasing a package, or entering our studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Studio Etiquette & Class Attendance

1.1 Arrival Time: Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class. Entry will not be permitted once the class has begun, particularly for Reformer Pilates, due to safety and disruption risks. Late arrivals will be marked as no-shows and will forfeit their session.

1.2 First-Time Visitors: First-time clients are required to arrive 10–15 minutes early for a short induction. If you arrive late on your first visit, we may not be able to allow entry for safety reasons.

1.3 Footwear & Attire: Grip socks must be worn for Reformer Pilates. Clients without grip socks may be refused entry.

1.4 Studio Conduct: We ask that all clients behave respectfully towards staff and other members. Any abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in the termination of access to Forma services.

2. Bookings, Packages & Cancellations

2.1 Bookings: All classes must be booked in advance via our website, Glofox app, Mindbody, or third-party platforms such as ClassPass. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.2 Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid forfeiting the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost credit.

2.3 Intro Offers & Class Packs: Any introductory offers or multi-class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for a limited period (as stated at purchase). Extensions will not be granted unless under extenuating circumstances at management discretion.

2.4 Memberships: All memberships are subject to their respective terms and will auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not issued for unused time or missed classes.

3. Class Types & ClassPass Bookings

3.1 Class Types: Clients are responsible for booking the correct class type (e.g., Reformer or Mat). Forma is not responsible for incorrect purchases via Glofox or ClassPass.

3.2 ClassPass Users: Forma is unable to directly refund or adjust bookings made via ClassPass. If an issue arises, please email us at hello@formapilates.co.uk and we will do our best to assist within the limits of the platform.

3.3 Class Capacity: Limited ClassPass slots are available per class. Forma reserves the right to reduce or increase availability at any time.

4. Credit Transfers & Errors

4.1 Incorrect Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the wrong class pack, contact us at hello@formapilates.co.uk. We will review and amend genuine errors where possible.

4.2 Class Credit Reallocation: Any reallocation of credits (e.g., converting mat to reformer credits) is at the sole discretion of management and not guaranteed.

5. Health & Safety

5.1 Medical Conditions: Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, pregnancies, or medical concerns before class begins. Forma is not liable for any incidents arising from withheld medical information.

5.2 Pregnancy & Postnatal: Not all classes are suitable for prenatal/postnatal clients. Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant or recently postpartum.

5.3 Hygiene: All equipment is cleaned regularly. Clients are asked to wipe down their equipment after use.

6. Refunds & Liability

6.1 Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds due to studio errors will be assessed case by case.

6.2 Studio Closures: In the event of a temporary studio closure (e.g., for maintenance or emergencies), credits may be extended or paused.

6.3 Liability: By attending classes at Forma, clients agree to take full responsibility for their own health and physical condition. Forma, its instructors, and employees are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.

7. Privacy & Communication

7.1 Data Protection: Personal information will be stored securely and only used for class bookings, studio communications, and relevant marketing.

7.2 Opt-Out: Clients may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting hello@formapilates.co.uk.

7.3 Photography & Content: Occasionally, we may film or photograph classes for social media or promotional use. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please let us know in advance of class.

8. Amendments to Terms

8.1 Policy Changes: Forma reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
