What do I need to bring to my class?
Just yourself in comfortable workout clothes! At Forma Pilates, we provide all the equipment you’ll need for your session – including mats, reformers, and props.
Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you don’t have a pair, no worries – we have them available for purchase at the studio. You’re also welcome to bring your own water bottle and any personal items you may need.
We aim to make every visit seamless and supportive, so you can focus entirely on your movement and wellbeing.
Can I cancel or reschedule my class?
We get it – plans change!
If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 12 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone else.
Cancellations made after this window will result in the loss of a full class credit.
