Runforma
Move beyond the reformer with Forma’s free community run club in Catford.
RUNFORMA is our community run club designed to bring movement beyond the studio and into the streets of Catford. Open to all levels, each run is led with the same supportive, mindful approach you’ll find inside Forma, helping you move with confidence, connection, and ease.
We begin together outside the studio with a short Pilates-based warm-up and activation series, designed to wake up the body, support alignment, and prepare you for the route ahead. From there, we move as a team around the local area, creating space for everyone, from first-time runners to those chasing their next PB.
After the run, return to Forma for Pilates-led stretches, free coffees and post-run drinks at the Wellness Bar. More than a run club, RUNFORMA is a space to meet like-minded movers, reconnect with familiar faces, and start your weekend feeling energised, grounded, and part of the Forma community.
