I’m a passionate STOTT- deep love for movement and wellness. I love Reformer Pilates because of the mind-body connection it creates, along with the amazing physical and mental benefits—and the sense of community it brings. My teaching style blends classical and dynamic techniques, creating sessions that emphasize form and technique while keeping things fun and uplifting. I truly believe movement is essential to both health and happiness, and I’m committed to guiding each person toward better well-being through safe yet challenging exercises.

Talia
I am passionate for making Pilates welcoming and accessible to every body especially for those with underlying health conditions who may not see themselves represented in fitness spaces. I am also pre + post natal qualified to support women who would like to continue their fitness during pregnancy. My teaching style is simple yet effective—welcoming, inclusive, Including options to add layers and progressions for those who want a little extra challenge. Designed so that anyone can join in and leave feeling stronger.

Leisha
Leisha is a Comprehensive Pilates instructor with over 500 hours of training. She has taught and trained in Kuwait, Riyadh, and Dubai, bringing a diverse, global perspective to her dynamic and empowering classes. Leisha discovered Pilates through her own journey of healing and strength, and is passionate about helping others move with purpose, confidence, and care.

Kara
Reformer & Mat Pilates instructor. Pre & Post-Natal certified. My journey with Reformer Pilates began over 2 years ago as I fell completely head over heels with the method after experiencing it’s incredible benefits. As someone who has suffered with autoimmune issues most of my life, I’ve found Reformer Pilates to be the perfect medicine in mind, body and spirit. My classes are blended with fun, flowing movement and enough challenge so you leave every session smiling and feeling strong.

I’m a Mat Pilates instructor, soon to be qualified in Reformer Pilates. After seven years of strength training, I fell in love with Pilates for its mindful, intentional approach to movement. My classes follow the Classical method with a touch of contemporary flow—focused on alignment, breath, and core connection. I’ve taught on retreats and hosted women’s wellness events, believing that social connection is just as vital as physical wellbeing. Each class is a calm, empowering space to build strength, flexibility, and balance—leaving you feeling restored and ready to move through your day.
